Jessica Wickline is a seasoned professional with 16 years of invaluable experience in the retirement administration industry. Her commitment to continuous learning and education is evident in her comprehensive understanding of ERISA regulations and her enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with others.
Jessica is not only a skilled plan design consultant but also excels in relationship management, fostering strong connections with clients and colleagues alike. Her genuine interest in the growth and development of her team members is reflected in her passion for training and mentoring, guiding them towards fulfilling their career aspirations.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jessica finds joy in family life, sharing her home with her husband and two children. Mike is a retirement plan specialist having assisted thousands of organizations in designing, installing, and servicing their retirement plan. Mike and his firm have become a respected partner to numerous companies, organizations, and financial advisors.
Mikes experience spans more than 25 years in the employee benefits field. Recognizing a need for experts in the retirement plan space, Mike has spent the past 17 years focused exclusively in assisting organizations with their retirement plans. This dedication has led Mike to earning several industry licenses and designations, including the rigorous Retirement Plans Associate (RPA).
In his free time, Mike enjoys time with friends and family playing golf, fishing, and attending music concerts. You can also find him enjoying a good history book.
David Lederman joined the AimPoint Pension team in April 2020. David is involved in the drafting of retirement plan documents for new plans, as well as for plan restatements and amendments, helping ensure that we achieve clients’ objectives relative to attracting, retaining, and providing for the retirement security of employees. David enjoys working with his Aimpoint Pension colleagues and clients in a collaborative effort to ensure that plans continue to evolve with changes in circumstances, laws, organizational structures, workforce demographics, and more, over the plan life cycle.
David acquired a Masters (M.S.) of Physics at Michigan State University, Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at the University of Michigan Law School, and Master of Laws (LL..M.) at the University of Miami School of Law. As an attorney in private practice for more than a decade, David’s practice focused on advising plan sponsors in connection with the design, implementation, and maintenance of their employee benefit plans. Through this experience, David developed a facility for understanding and resolving complex problems in retirement plans and their administration, skills he employs every day in his work at Aimpoint Pension.
In his personal time, David enjoys physical activities such as swimming, running, tennis, and bowling. He also likes reading, including contemporary fiction, and watching movies from the last century.
Krista Eyring joined the AimPoint Pension team in October of 2020. In her role, Krista assists and supports her Clients and their Participants with all aspects of their retirement plans while providing them with superior customer service.
Krista enjoys helping and educating people. She strives to play a very meaningful role in their retirement plans and their long-term goals. Krista’s focus is in answering all questions in a way that clients understand and most of all put their minds at ease for the future.
She has worked in the Retirement Industry since 1992 administering Taft-Hartley Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans representing many various Local Union Trades in not the Baltimore, MD, and Washington DC areas. Krista is HIPPA Certified, Cyber Security Certified and is a Notary Public.
In her spare time Krista’s passion is live music… she loves to go to concerts and music festivals with her village of friends which claim she is a total musical lyrics nerd. She loves to travel (especially for a concert) and is looking forward to traveling a lot this year before settling down on the Gulf Coast of Florida to start a new chapter in her life as a first time Grandmom.
Rodger graduated from Florida International University with a degree in mathematical science and is considered an expert in the design, implementation and oversight of retirement plans. His twenty plus years’ experience led him to found Jubilation Retirement services in 2009 which eventually became the AimPoint Group in 2013. Rodger is a long-term member of ASPPA He is most passionate about sharing his knowledge related to qualified retirement plans.
A few of Rodgers passions are music, poker, and animals. He enjoys going to concerts and generally always has music playing in the background while he works. While he likes animals, his primary passion is his dogs named Tank and Amos who are the center of his life.
Todd Buckner joined the AimPoint Pension team in September of 2018. In his role, Todd consults plan sponsors on plan design, prepares annual compliance, and discrimination testing. He is dedicated to providing excellent customer service on a daily basis concerning plan issues and questions in regard to daily plan procedures.
Prior to joining AimPoint Pension, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from University of Houston. Professionally, Todd served for 20+ years as a retirement plan administrator.
In his free time, Todd enjoys a relaxing day on the balcony or a day on the water fishing.
Amy Thacker joined the AimPoint Pension team in December of 2019. In her role, she serves as a Retirement Plan Consultant handling plan design consulting, compliance testing, and overall retirement plan management.
Prior to working at AimPoint Pension, she acquired a General Studies degree from Itasca State Community College and accrued 15+ years’ experience in the retirement plan industry.
In her personal time, Amy is a “band mom” of two kids and when she’s not working, you can find her on a beach, music auditorium, or the football field. She loves to travel with her husband, knit, is a Girl Scout volunteer and an avid Minnesota Vikings fan!
Angela Deery joined the AimPoint Pension team in September of 2019. She serves as our Business Development Director, covering Tampa Bay and Orlando as well as North Florida. She is passionate about what she does and loves working with advisors and business owners alike. In her words: “I get the opportunity to help businesses and their valued employees with their retirement plans every day”.
Prior to joining AimPoint Pension, she acquired a BS degree in Business – Accounting from Northeastern University and accrued 15+ years’ experience in plan administration; she specializes in plan design.
Although originally from New England just north of Boston, Angela loves living in Tampa Bay. In her personal time, she is an avid reader with a particular addiction to crime novels. She also has four dogs and would rescue every dog if she could.
Annmarie Fletcher joined the AimPoint Pension team in August 2014. Annmarie wears many hats at AimPoint Pension. She serves as our billing, human resources, and office manager.
Prior to working with AimPoint Pension, she acquired a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Annmarie has comprehensive knowledge of accounting and has spent the last 30 years working with small companies.
In her personal time, Annmarie is passionate about travel and having fun. She enjoys spending time with her family and meeting new people.
Daisy Mejia joined AimPoint Pension in April of 2016. She serves as a compliance specialist and consultant to plan sponsors and financial advisors. Her duties also include in-depth testing, calculations, and reconciliation of annual census data. Daisy enjoys the intellectual growth and challenges that her role at AimPoint Pension offers – from interpreting complex laws and regulations to balancing plan assets down to the last penny.
Daisy has 13 years of experience in the retirement industry. She has a track record of proving proficiency with research and becoming a subject matter expert in her field. Her accomplishments include mentoring/training both new and established employees while also playing a key role in creating/implementing new procedures that increase departmental efficiency and accuracy.
Daisy has a strong passion for helping others. She has been involved in animal welfare and humanitarian efforts through work with local animal rescues and Habitat for Humanity. In her spare time, she loves fostering her curiosity by reading and listening in on webinars and podcasts that cover various topics.
Erin Coyman joined the AimPoint Pension team in July of 2019. In her role, she supports administrators, clients, advisors, and participants. Erin has proven to be a real team player and is willing to go the extra mile to serve our clients.
Prior to joining the AimPoint Pension team, she earned an accounting degree.
In her personal time, Erin enjoys going out and meeting new people. She likes to jump on a motorcycle and drive up north to a cabin on a lake. She also enjoys sitting around a bon fire while chatting with friends and family.
Josh Carelli joined the AimPoint Pension team in 2018. Josh serves as our Business Development Director for South Florida (Melbourne to Broward). He’s passionate about helping clients meet their retirement goals through proper planning. In his own words, “We have a unique opportunity to truly make an impact on American’s retirement future through what we do and I’m fortunate to be a part of it.”
Prior to joining AimPoint Pension, Josh worked in various client facing roles within the finance industry helping clients find the right solution(s) for their business. His focus has been small to medium size businesses with an emphasis on client consulting and understanding each client’s individual goals.
A native Floridian, Josh loves being outdoors in the beautiful South Florida sun! In his spare time Josh enjoys working out, golfing, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
Karen Wood joined the AimPoint Pension team in January 2017. As a Retirement Plan Consultant and Team Leader, she is responsible for annual compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation and client communications.
Karen has nearly 25 years of experience in the retirement plan industry focusing primarily on defined contribution plan administration. In addition, Karen has obtained several Industry recognized credentials.
In her personal time, Karen enjoys reading, outdoor activities, spending time with family and supporting a local parrot rescue organization.
Karis Widemire joined the AimPoint Pension team in March 2017. She serves as our Business Development Director in Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Prior to moving to Business Development, Karis worked as a new business coordinator for AimPoint Pension. Her expertise in plan implementation and conversion is instrumental in ensuring a smooth process for plan sponsors.
Prior to joining AimPoint Pension, she earned a degree in General Studies at James H Faulkner State Community College. Karis has worked in the retirement plan industry for ten years and her knowledge and experience in compliance testing, plan design, and plan administration, have proved invaluable in the fast paced and complex arena of new business.
In her personal time, Karis is actively involved in CrossFit. She loves the community aspect as well as the challenges of gymnastics and weightlifting. She also enjoys attending her sons high school football games, or just a day spent exploring different art galleries, thrift shops, and finding new local places to eat good food.
Kelly Francis joined the AimPoint Pension team in February of 2020. Her role is to service and support clients’ retirement plan needs. Her devotion to customer service proves to be an invaluable asset to the team. Kelly continually expands her knowledge of new and existing retirement plan rules and regulations while building close professional relationships with her clients. Loyalty to the client experience, whether internal or external, is most important to her. Her philosophy is treating others the way she hopes to be treated.
Prior to joining the AimPoint Pension team, Kelly began her career in the retirement plan industry 30+ years ago, achieving success in various roles and responsibilities along the way.
In her personal time, Kelly’s fur-kids are her everything and she prefers spending most of her time with them. She also enjoys watching movies in the comfort of her home and fun times with her Mom and friends.
Lara Kelly joined the AimPoint Pension team in August of 2019. In her role she assists with contribution processing to our many different recordkeeper partners and works directly with the plan sponsor. As a new convert to the retirement services industry, Lara has brought fresh eyes—a valuable perspective—to the AimPoint Pension team.
Prior to joining the AimPoint Pension team, she pursued a B.A. in Business Management from Florida State University.
In her personal time, Lara’s passions include cheering on any FSU sport (Go Noles!), watching her 9-year-old play baseball (2 teams, so always on the ballfield!), real estate, and traveling—especially cruises!
Maria Delin joined the AimPoint Pension team in 2015. As both the Director of Operations and a Retirement Plan Consultant, she manages internal team members and works daily with plan sponsors, and financial advisors. She occupies a unique role combining her leadership, client service, and technical skills to drive our team forward in everything from talent acquisition, company change initiatives, efficiencies and workflow processes.
Prior to joining the AimPoint Pension team, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management. In her 20 plus years of industry experience, her dedicated focus on exceptional client service has contributed to the highest levels of client retention.
Outside the office, she is passionate about family, experimenting in the kitchen, cooking healthy meals, and living an active lifestyle. If you talk to her long enough, she’ll probably try to recruit you to join her for a boot camp or TRX class. If you challenge her to a 90s music trivia, she WILL win.
Mindy Salyer joined the AimPoint Pension team in June of 2019. Her role allows her to help clients daily, providing administrative support, along with guidance for participants.
Prior to joining the AimPoint Pension team, Mindy acquired a Liberal Arts degree from Schoolcraft College. Professionally, she started her pension career in 2002 and it was a longing to have more interaction directly with clients that brought Mindy to AimPoint Pension as a Client Experience Specialist.
In her personal time, Mindy’s #1 passions are spending time with her family and love for Detroit Tigers baseball.
Richelle Pelletier joined the AimPoint Pension team in July 2016. In her role, she supports administrators, clients, advisors, and participants. She has over 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. Richelle is recognized by our entire team for her engaging personality and her unparalleled commitment to help others.
In her personal time, Richelle enjoys spending time with her dog in the great outdoors, traveling the open roads in her antique hot rod, and going to car shows.
Victoria Saposnik joined the AimPoint Pension team in December 2018. In her role, she serves plan sponsors and their financial teams. From performing nondiscrimination tests to preparing Form 5500s, she uses her knowledge and customer service skills to act in her clients best interest.
Prior to joining AimPoint Pension, she earned a joint bachelor’s degree from Rutgers and New Jersey Institute of Technology in Applied Mathematics.
Victoria has always had an interest in photography. In her personal time, she pursues the craft by using her husband and children as practice.
Wendy Pantaleano joined the AimPoint Pension team in January of 2019. Her role is to support the client with their daily administration needs. In addition, she is responsible for the annual compliance testing and preparing Form 5500 tax forms.
Prior to joining AimPoint Pension, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sam Houston State University. Wendy has accrued over 25 years of experience in the retirement industry. Most of her experience is with plan compliance, but she also has experience with plan documents, distributions, annuities, and beneficiary claims.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching live music, going to football games, and spending time with family.
Kathy Vida joined the AimPoint Pension team in January of 2016. In her role, she coordinates with plan sponsors, investment advisors, and recordkeeper partners to transition or implement retirement plans.
Prior to joining AimPoint Pension, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts from Eli Broad College of Business, Michigan State University. Her degree is in Human Resource Management. Following her formal education, Kathy has specialized in the conversion and implementation of retirement plans for more than 12 years of her 20 + year career in the retirement services.
In her personal time, Kathy enjoys many hobbies including scrapbooking and cross stitching. She tries to stay healthy by walking at least 15,000 steps a day! She is a sports fan, following her son’s baseball teams, MSU Football and Basketball. Go Green!
